I have bought an ACER machine with 20" LCD after getting delivery i don't open the LCD from the box as i have another LCD, after few months when i opened the LCD and try to start it was with manufacture fault of one dead pixel and when i called the Customer Care they said that your LCD wont be replaced until it have minimum of five dead pixel............and these condition was not mention with any type of document which came with ACER computer when i told them abt it they told me that the Terms and Condition are shown in web site,
First of all terms and condition should not be only available on web.(Not every Indian have a net connection to check Terms and Condition).............

Plz help me what i can do
