Dear All,
After buying a laptop for Rs. 39,000/-, in the mnth of June (10th June, 2010), the laptop went bad in 4 days flat. After repated complaints, I was told in Mid-July that i would be getting a replacement in 2 days time. A couple of weeks after having said that, they said that I would get a New laptop withni a Week. Lastly, I was told that i would get a lapto by 24th of August. However, I have received no contact fromt their side. It has been more than 2 months now, that I have been without a laptop. Also, the value of the Laptop has now gone down to rs.36,000/-.
I have been facing many constraints due to this as I had bought a laptop for study reasons and have evidently faced a loss in the value of the laptop due to the price fall.
I plan to sue, however, I do not have the New laptop in my hand and being a student, I doubt if i can afford so much time and energy.
