Blance deduction for three months continuously hello,
My mobile no. is 09835513559. Circle is jharkhand. I am consulting to customer care continuously for the deduction of balance . without customer concern or knowledge some value added service has been started on this no. i have told to stop this and back my balance because this service is not started by the customer and how this service has been started , i donot know.
So, Please look into this issue and do the needful. Otherwise i have to take further decision.
