Shop "Go Mobile" G-5 Ground Floor, Modi Tower , 98 Nehru Place-110 019. Ph: 011-42504848.July 31, 2010 I had a mobile with Go Mobile store. I asked the shopkeeper whether this mobile is going well. She said yes it is very Good Mobile. You take it. Its sound is very good.
when I reached my home and Put sim in it I saw that its sound very low voice. I got back to the shop I asked the shopkeeper if his voice is too low. She said its voice is like that. I told them but you told me that its sound is very good. He said I can not do anything.
I am very hard time in store no one listened to me.

In that mobile has a networking problem, sound problem etc. but the shopkeeper had not told me.

Please help me. I am a working girl and I purchase that mobile in my salary.

I want to change or repair my mobile.
