Respected Sir,
I purchase my sony ericsson moblie phone Vivaz U5i (Touch) in April 2010 of Rs. 23,400/-. Within two months its touch screen was not working properly. I submitted my phone in sony ericsson service center in Faridabad (RT Outsourcing Services Ltd. Shop No. 4, 1st Floor, Near Ajronda Chowk, NIT, Rama Market, Faridabad Ph: 0129-4166304 -05) on 20th July 2010.
The service Center people suggested that the touch screen is not working, need to be replaced and they informed me that 3 to 4 working days will be required for the repair. The work order no provided to me is – SE31005712314. I am regularly in touch with them since 20th July 10 but as informed by the service center that the part is not available with them as yet. Even after repeted requests to the Regional Manager - Sony Ericsson (Mr. Arpal - 9873314704) and also to the service center Head (Mr. Rikki - 9811290949), things are not moving and it appears that they are not taking seriously, hence I am facing such problem.
In view of the above, you will understand my situation and I would like to request you intervene into the matter for early settlement of the problem.
