Reliance has forced to say yes to promosonal call of caller tune. Agent explain the service and ask if the user is understand or not and my wife who attended the call say yes to express that she understand it. Soon after hearing the yes from her they immidiately disconnect the call total 41 rs deducted from the balance. Again they deduct rs 20 for voice chat without any information. They are simply theft the customer money. This thing should be stopped. The bonafied mem of Rajjya sabha Mr Anil Ambani should not be given any undue advantage to his RIm service. They should be punished to this kind theft.
