During January 2007 we booked three pre-launch properties from M-Tech Developers Limited solely for the purpose of investment. One is a 200 sq yd plot in Camellia Garden Neemrana and the two other flats in M Tech Glare Dharuhera. Since M-Tech failed to launch its Camellia Garden Neemrana project, instead of taking back the deposit money, we decided to utilize the same for paying installment for the flats. We were told that the M-Tech Glare Project in Dharuhera would be completed in two years time, by 2009. Consequently they started demanding further installments for the flats and even External Development Charges (EDC) were demanded. In the year 2009 we came to know that there is very slow progress in the construction front. When we asked them to cancel our bookings and return our money, they replied that the same is not possible. We were told that they would deduct about 30% of our money in case we want to cancel our bookings. So to unblock our money, we cancelled one flat (3 bed room) and retained the 600 sq ft studio flat (D 1/103) and utilized Rs 613125/- (which was already paid for 3 BR flat) to pay further installments for this studio flat . That was the time when we didn’t have any idea that M-Tech is just blocking our money and fooling us when they have no intention to complete the project. We were told during April – May 2009 that construction has started and already one floor is completed for studio apartments. They even issued a letter to us on 2nd May 2009, giving us assurance that they will give possession of the studio flat by 31st December 2010. Since 2007 we have already paid Rs 10, 85325/- (Rupees Ten lakhs eighty five thousand three hundred and twenty five only) to M Tech.
However few weeks back (during July 2010) we personally decided to visit the M-Tech Glare site at Dharuhera and were surprised to see that there is no building in the name of studio apartment. Only the foundation has been dug and there was nothing else. A two bed room tower is coming up and construction is done upto 2 floors. There were no machineries, raw materials, labourers, workers, engineers or contractors at the site. Whole site was empty except for one Site-in Charge Mr Shukla and a guard. When the project was launched, M-Tech Developers made many promises about the facilities and amenities. But till date no concrete and time bound step has been taken by them in this regard.

From reliable sources and from the website of the Consumer Court, we have come to know that this builder “M-TECH DEVELOPERS” is a “FRAUD” and have cheated HUNDREDS of innocent people and duped their hard earned money. FIR has also been lodged against them (160/09 on 01/08/09 u/s 420/120B IPC Police Station ECONOMIC OFFENCES WING).

Now we are no more interested in any of the projects built by M-Tech Developers because they are cheating people and have no intention to deliver what they have promised. We need to unblock our hard-earned money immediately which is a huge amount for us. We were of the impression that we would be able to sell the studio apartment by the end of this year, but clearly that is not possible, because till date there is not even a single brick laid in the name of studio apartment. We no longer want to take the risk by believing in M-Tech Developers and losing our hard-earned money.

Sir, we are in deep trouble and need our money urgently. We request you to kindly intervene in the matter and help us in getting our hard earned money (Rs 10, 85325/-) back at the earliest with an interest of 18% per annum.
