Iresponsible Car Dealer of TATA Motors - Raghuvanshi Motors , Dilshad Garden

I am writing this after undergoing lot of pain and harassment from last three months with TATA Dealer Raghuvanshi Motors Delhi, from where i purchased my TATA VISTA AURA car.

I purchased the Tata vista on 28th of May 2010 from Raghuvanshi Motors Delhi and facing lots of problem since beginning.

The deal was made for TATA VISTA Quadrajet AURA model and at the time of delivery they tired delivering BS 4 model. After much discussion they agreed and then came a new thing . The dealer asked me to submit the photocopy of RC of my old vehicle as they can get benefit of 10000 Rupees by showing this vehicle in exchange. I refused to do that as i never wanted to sell my old car or exchange it. I don't understand how can someone get EXCHANGE benefited without selling the car on exchange. IS IT ETHICAL ?

From that point onwards dealer has created hell lot of problems. I got delivery of My vehicle at 9 PM in the night. After 4 weeks I enquired about my registration no. , I was shocked to know that the dealer has lost my ID proof, Address proof and for the same reason they have not even applied for RC. I don't understand if they have lost it by mistake or knowingly, But still they should come back and requested for another copy themselves on time.

Now it is three months i am running my vehicle on Temporary no. and paid lot of money against Traffic challans as temepary no. is valid for 1 month.

No one is cooperating from Raghuvanshi Motors, Infact The Managing Director, Mr. Harinder is of no help. He is too rude and stopped picking up my calls and challenging me to complain whom so ever as if he is not bothered. They have charged more than 10,000 Rupees over an above the Road tax amount and Registration cost for what purpose??? I paid the amount to get convenience in getting all this things done not to get harrassed.
Whenever i call there office, people keep giving me new numbers of different people to contact to..i am really sick of it now , moreover salepeople start laughing on phone.. i really do not understand what to do.

Kindly look into the matter as i have been undergoing huge customer un-satisfaction/ harassment and financial loss due to all this.
