I Stay at Sinhagad Road and drive a scooty as a matter of fact this is a one petrol pump which is very convinient for majority of citizens in this locality.Unfortunately they cheat on almost every customer who take oil and petrol both.They Charge 4 Rs extra behind every 50 Rs.
Logic:-If i ask them to fill it for 50 rs,he will fill it for 42Rs only saying he has put oil of Rs 8 (40ml) but if u ask him to show the pouch...
1st: it is not completely emptied in the tank
2nd:It is worth 4 Rs

when asked they keep laughing amd ignore the issue
this is happening since past more than 8 months
Please do take a appropriete action,this is very serious matter

Hi,

I have experienced today that the petrol boys did not reset 0 properly. He only resetted the price zero and showed it to me. When the petrol started filling, the start digit I saw is 2 lit in the liters window, which is a fraud.
This way, they have been deceiving the people. I talked with Manager, but he did not show any concern to listen to this. I somehow managed to get my money back.

Please look into this and let all the citizens know about this,

Yesterday I had filled petrol for 100 rupees at this petrol pump, but they pumped only 40 to 50 rupees petrol only in my bike tank, below is the way I found the fraud.

before filling I had around 400 ml of petrol in my tank, and it was in reserve state as the reserve capacity of my bike is 1 litre,
and after I filled 100 rs petrol, I had put fuel control to on state, now the bike is supposed to run atleast 70 KM before turning to reserve as my bike gives 55 KMPL mileage, but it went to reserve after I drove for 10 KM.
This was happened to me for 2 times before.

If HPCL executives happened to see this post, please take strict action otherwise HPCL will end up in losing credit in public.

On Sunday, 29th Aug, I went to HP Petrol Pump@Baner Road. I opened my car's fuel tank cover and came outside. I told him to fill Rs. 500 pertol.

I am resident of Baner and this petrol pump is near by my location.
This petrol pump is house of cheatings. They don’t fill full amount of petrol and use many tricks to do so. One of them is, they will ask you many questions like, how much petrol you want, are you paying by cash or card, should I fill petrol of Rs. 104/- amount? So that it will be exact 2 Lts? etc. just to distract your attention. And in between will say please see the zero and suddenly will press 50, and meter shows Rs.50 and then they start filling petrol.
Thus though meter is showing Rs 200/- only petrol of Rs 150/- have been filled up.
After asking for this, either they start shouting/yelling or start arguing. If you are lucky they might refill for Rs. 50/-.
I have been cheated for once and experience this for 4 times. But for last 4 times I was cautious and got my Rs. 50/-.
If you go to complain to Manager either he’s unavailable or he doesn’t care about it and ask you to slap the guy who was filling the petrol 
This is very ridicules. Please be cautious.

Few days back, I went to Petrol Pump twice in sector 43 Chandigarh. I opened my car's fuel tank cover and came outside. I told him to fill Rs. 500 pertol.

I told them to check it after taking a round nearby thinking that the needle will come up according to the money I paid for the fuel !

I realized that, I was cheated by them. And when I took my car to a patiala trip which is hardly 70 kms away from Mohali, it consumed all the petrol that I had in my car !
I know the avg of my car and it can do an up-down from Arunaye (Kurukshetra) in less than 500 petrol with AC. So how is it possible for the car to consume Rs. 500/- petrol in a trip which is less than that !

And I didnt even use AC as I was concerned about the petrol consumption as I could see the needle going down.
So now please tell Me what is the solution to this ?

Complaint against Petrol Pump Bus stand, SILVASSA ( D & n.h.)
Few days back, I went to Petrol Pump BUS STAND , SILVASSA . I opened my BYKE's fuel tank . I told him to fill Rs. 100 pertol.

I know that my byke run 5 days in petrol of 100/-

I know the avg of my BYKE and it can up-down from company in less than 20 km. So how is it possible for the byke to consume Rs. 100/- petrol in 3 trip which is less than that !

And its not a misunderstanding but the truth. I want an answer to this from you or from the owner that why they are fooling the normal people and for what reason ?

if,possible then ple take tight action against all the petrol pumps.
They show the complete fuel but the tank never get full.whenever we came to complain then they say that all is o.k.
Are we fool to pay money without goods.
I got full tank of my car in -ashish services,opp-saraikale khan,delhi-13 but after driving 5-10 kilometers the indicator was at the middle tank,the indicator did not went up.it is the daily routine of that petrol pump.i asked 2-3 persons also and they told me the same problem
what shoud we do ??
Pls advise
also take proper action on time.

I stay in Wipro corporate office area at Sarjapur road, Bangalore 560035.

This is the 2nd time it happened to me. There is 2 petrol bunk if we drive towards WIPRO from Greenwood regency apartment complex. I normally fill up diesel from IOC one which is SREE KODANDARAMA SERVICE STATION.

Today morning I stopped there and asked the guy at the pump to fill up for Rs. 1000/- worth of diesel. I got down from my car and was standing in front of him. He started filling and stopped at 300.40/-. The second guy was chatting with me, but my eye was at the reading. I told him then that I need to be filled up for 1000/-. He started filling again without initializing the pump (making it zero). When I stopped him he started arguing with me that he did filled another 700/- , but actually he filled only 400/- . After some time that guy stopped talking in hindi and started saying kanada only.

At that point I said OK boss, I have no time to fight with u for 300/-.

I am not going back to that petrol bunk anymore. That guy again denied me the bill also. Finally when I insisted for a bill, he said the pump is out of paper and written me a kaccha bill.



I would request your kind attn. and please take the necessory steps to stop this kind of practices.

=> As mentioned by my friend this cheating is happening in all the IOC petrol Pumps in Vadodara. Specially located at High Tension Road, Subhanpura. They just divert the mind of consumer like asking 'do you need Recipt', 'should I clean your Scooter's seet' etc. & just cheat consumers. They have manipulated Petrol Pump Machines also they give less amount of Petrol against Amount you have paid

This incident happened at Patel Petrol pump,Bibwewadi kondhwa road, Pune.
I asked petrol filling person to fill a fuel, worth rupees 500 rs. But didnot set 0 mark before filling it in my bike. Due to this i got less fuel quantity.
There were few more consumer there who was faced same issue and were complaining about it. The person in charge was not ready to accept it.
This happens many time ...kindly take some strict action!!
