This incident happened at Patel Petrol pump,Bibwewadi kondhwa road, Pune.
I asked petrol filling person to fill a fuel, worth rupees 500 rs. But didnot set 0 mark before filling it in my bike. Due to this i got less fuel quantity.
There were few more consumer there who was faced same issue and were complaining about it. The person in charge was not ready to accept it.
This happens many time ...kindly take some strict action!!

I always check zero resets before fill ups. These people didn't reset indicator to zero and distracted me by talking to me. They started meter from Rs 150 (after filling previous bike) and filled only Rs 350 petrol in my car. I had asked to fill Rs 500 petrol. They duped me for Rs 150. I really feel like beating them.

Most of the petrol pump stations are not selling petrol even they have stocks ( this is due to hike in petrol rate and they want to earn more money for the petrol stock which they had bought for very cheap rate (Comparing to their selling price)). This happens @ chennai near by Central Railway stations. Kindly act on these type of pumping stations so that it should not get repeated.

I have to complain against a HP petrol pump station located near Hari Nagar clock tower.There are two fuel station adjacent.I regularly filled fuel tank on every Monday with Rs800 to Rs900.What exactly happened was that usually i gave the key and saw the than not look back,but one day i saw that fuel tank show so much low fuel after filling of petrol and the meter show the exact value what he set.Then on next time I said him fill tank with Rs 900 and I went outside and look what exactly happend at the time of filling petrol one executive of the fuel station came ask you that "sir aage wale tyre main hawwa kam hai" then i look at the Tyre then the man who was filling the petrol done a smart jerk on the liver and the meter show it was full I amazed that at that moment when I was looking the meter it was around 600 as my ind diverted toward Tyre it was full I didn't believe that I argue with him about 5 min than he said "sir machine hang kar gyi hogi "
After that what I see there was Rs 150 short from exact value.If machine got hanged how it can showed the filled tank value of RS 900.It should showed the value it got hanged.After this event what I saw that they keep on doing this habbit with everyone One person came asked to "sir tyre main hawa km hai" then as your neck move the tank is full.

I already face them 3 times doing this to me and they do this regularly If you think that I am lying you can go and check out yourself ask him fill tank above Rs 500 whether you are sited in the car or stand outside one men definetly came and said you " sir aage wale Tyre main hawa km hai" and the next moment you lose petrol of at-least Rs 50 and above.

So plz take an early action so a middle class not face such thing petrol is already so costly...!!!!

Today, I started my day for the office and while nearing the office i found my bike struggling for gas and i went to the nearest petrol bunk Indian oil opposite and near to Adyar Depot. I tried to fill my tank with an amount of 300, but the petrol bunk employee distracted me by saying make it for 350 you will get around 5 liters and i said "ok" but as he tried resetting the machine to zero it showed 100 but he pretended reset again and it showed 100 suddenly. Then he said sorry and make 250 again. This time the meter was set to zero and it rolled over to 250. I know something was wrong and i gave my card to pay but another one took my card and swiped for 150 and came back. I said it must be 350 then he said sorry sir and went back again to swipe again for 200. I was totally amazed by their actions and found they are making me fool. I noted that they are cheating each and every consumers out there like this. Will you take any kind of an action to prevent this kind of fraud again. How to act immediately on this and find their fraud and complaint immediately as this is not done by one single person the whole team is working on this and making us fool. I wanna punch all those who are involved in this activity.

The rate of petrol was reduced by Rs. 2.22 since midnight of Tuesday, 15th Nov. 2011. But when I filled up petrol in Shree Sachidanand Sadguru Petroleum - Agency - HP, in Chinchani, Boisar, Dist. Thane, Maharashtra, Tel. 02525280606 at morning 8.00 on 16th Nov. 2011, they charged me with old rates. Ref. bill No. 202. There are many others like me. When confronted, he says 'do whatever you want'
When fuel prices are raised, these people don't waste one minute to change, but when the prices are slashed , they procrastinate and consumers are left with a lighter pocket and an angry mind.
This is the dadagiri system happening in our country.

There is a petrol pump with just one pump in the heart of khadki bazar, near Tikaram Jagannath College in Khadki. This petrol pump gives away incorrect measurement of petrol i.e. even though the machine shows 1 litre petrol but thats in real is not one litre.

Would request the authorities to check the measurement immediately and stop him from further cheating the consumer.

I am a student at vivekananda college.. This is the address of the petrol bunk thats located at mandaiveli.. I went to this petrol bunk to fill petrol.. I told them to fill petrol for 100rs. The person set the zero and told me to see. I saw the zero and when he was filling another employee of the bunk standing next to me asked me the cash and told me that my front tyre looks punctured.. When i bent and saw the tyre it was perfect and when i saw the meter the petrol bunk meter showed 100rs and 1.42 litres.. but my bike had no petrol and i had pushed the bike till the petrol bunk.. When i started the bike my petrol needle never went up.. When i asked him he said i have put for 70rs.. But he heard me telling 100rs.. then later he put for 30rs.. I would have hardly got petrol for 60rs.. This is the way this petrol bunk located at internal area is exploiting the customers.. Already there has been price hike in petrol prices.. And such activities by petrol bunks we will have to give up bikes and go by cycle.. I told my friends and told them to fill petrol there and they were also done the same thing.. Please take necessary actions as soon as possible..

on date 27-11-11 noon at 12:45 i went to HP petrol station(in rajkumar road , banglore) , and asked them to put petrol for Rs.300, He put petrol for Rs100. when i asked him he said sorry i will put for Rs 300, and he continued the petrol filling and when the reading comes for Rs.200 he stoped and asked Rs. 300 . i told him you put petrol for 200 rs and why did you ask Rs. 300. he replied first i put petrol for Rs 100 and again for Rs 200 total Rs300. and i got angry & started to quarrel with that guy . he tried to cheat me and he may cheat other also so please take action against HP petrol station rajkumar road , banglore. actual thing is that when he put petrol for Rs.100 and he continued from same reading up to Rs 200 and said to me like first 100 and again 200 total for Rs300.

Hi People,I was cheated twice recently in this Bharat Petroleum Petrol Bunk while filling the diesel for the amount of Rs.1000/-. On the first occasion I was using CreditCard, the person who was checking it said he was not sure about whether card is working or not, moreover he told me he will crosscheck and let me know. Initially he filled for Rs.200/- then after confirmation and from the same amount Rs.200/- filled till Rs. 800/- saying once stopped will start from beginning. Totally I was made fool and paid Rs.1000/- for the fuel amount of Rs.800/-.On the second occasion I paid the amount in full (Rs. 1000/-), this time the assistant who was filling stopped at Rs. 200/- and said he could not hear that I have asked him to fill for Rs.1000/- and again he resumed at Rs.200/- till it become Rs.800/- and gave the same explanation saying "once stopped, will begin from the start and so he filled for Rs.800/- and collected Rs. 1000/- at the end. Seeing all this I got frustrated and there was nothing much to do. I don’t know how these people trained and cheat innocent people like me. This is about a petrol bunk near adyar depot(on dr muthulaksmi raod-INDIAN OIL CORPORATION),always almost what ever amount is told they split it up like even if you say 200rs they will fill up 150 or 75 and tell "oh we didnt hear"? Invariably once i said its ok if 75 is put and paid but to my surprise i realised my meter never showed an increase.Also if you pay before filling also they see to that you can never see the meter or suddenly all of the power or machine goes off! I have really no idea how to counteract it and also for whole stretch it is the only petrol bunk.And never have i got a proper response even if it is not polite..

In Kaliamman Traders Fuel Station Kovai Road Pollachi, i cheated many times when ever i ask them to fill the petrol for 50 Rs or 100 Rs they fill very less amount of petrol. Once when i come to know and complained this to their manager He spoke to me in very badly and finally told we will do like that only. I got shocked when he spoke to me like that. So guys don't fill any petrol in this bunk. Please do some thing If you come across the same problem. Please if any body knew how to punish these guys by posting or sending the Complaint to Indian oil or else the government or police please let me know so that we can punish them to avoid this in future
