Dear Sir,
I gave my nokia 6303 Classic for repair as it was not starting, at nokia care Hadapsar, Pune. I gave my nokia cellphone at Nokia care on 02/Aug/2010 at 14:00IST and today is 25/Aug/2010 13:30 IST. I been 23 days till today.
I called to Nokia care multiple times and been there 4 times in 23 days and every time reply was the same " Sir, it is still are Nokia Care Delhi and still it is repairing". I was so Harassed that i bought a new cellphone.

I would like to say that in our country people are not aware to there rights. That is the only reason why these corporates taking advantage of ours. They should be punished and punished harder.

i am harassed by their poor service.I had to go there 4 times, my time & money is wasted.please help me for that.
I would take this complaint forward to Consumer Court and higher in hierarchy.
