Hi

I bought a new Sony LCD TV - 32 inch around 3 months back...This is Sony KLV32NX500. From early days itself have started gertting FOG and Moisture on the screen which makes the screen go white. I have been chasing SONY for a resolution to this problem for last two weeks now and my customer care call still remains unresolved. I am based in Mumbai and am totally lost within SONY as never thought would struggle so much to get service from a BIG BRAND like SONY.

Thought of sharing my complaint here too, in hope that someone from SONY might get sensitive about this matter and address my concerns.
