    Thumbs down complaint against airtel's online payment services

    sir/madam,

    I am using airtel post-paid mobile services ( ph. 9810577220) , my bill amount for the session (20/07/2010 to 19/08/2010) is Rs. 1977 and due date is (08/09/2010). So i made an online payment of Rs. 1577 using my 'SBI' debit card and through the airtel live account(user name: tronald), the amount was deducted from my SBI account and the payment made is still not reflected on the airtel billing center , so the current amount due is still Rs. 1977, in-spite of my payment. And on the contrary they have barred my outgoing services.
    Below i have written the statement of my account which clearly shows the payment made to airtel and "Bill desk" is their payment gateway.

    Default Complaint against airtel for blocking of activated

    In oct. 2011 , i purchased new airtel pre paid connection on payment of rs. 170/- alongwith photo and i d proof .

    On 07/10/2011 , mobile no. 8800262955 was activated and confirmed by sms .

    On 18/10/2011 , when i wanted to load further rs. 350/- , the connection was found blocked .

    Since i was in urgent need of connection , i purchased another connection on further payment of rs.170/- with photo and i d proof .

    Therefore , i requested airtel to refund my earlier paid rs.170/- alongwith my i d papers and cancell the connection no. 8800262955 . As the co. Failed to keep the connection activated and i had to go for another connection .

    But the same is declined by the co.

    Pl. Get me refund alongwith i d papers .

    Default Airtel Prepaid connection

    I have a Airtel prepaid connection. I recharged it with a Message tariff pack of Rs 47/- on 16th of May 2012. It gives me the pack where i can send Upto 100 SMS per Day A2A at no charge. However since 19th the MAY 2012, for every message that i send they deduct the amount Rs 1/- from my main balance. When I contacted Customer Care, they told me that my issue would get resolved within 1 hr from then. However the issue did not get resolved. Later Again when contacted the Airtel customer care, They made a false expectation that my issue would get resolved within 2 hrs from then. Which later on did not get resolved. Again when I contacted The Airtel customer Care The name of the guy was Atanu Acharya who again made me a false expectation thatv my issue would get resolved within a day. I was unable to send SMS the entire day anf The issue did not get resolved .
    Today on 22nd MAY 2012 (Almost 4 days since i have been facing this issue) called customer care representative, the na,e of the guy was Dhin Deb Das or din deb das, he told me that my issue would get resolved by 6 PM today and when I asked him that i want to change my Network connection from Airtel to Some other connection because I am fed up of it, the Guy Hunged up the Call from his end. This is getting Extremely annoying and Airtel Promises seems to be Fake. Their customer care is getting worst these days, when i send SMS , they deduct my amount from main balance and make false promises and do not even resolve the issue.

    Please Help me.
