Dear sir,
I had sent a courier on 16/08/2010 , consignment no-114323606 ,from delhi to ranchi , consisting of urgent medicines
but till date 24/08/2010 it was not not delivered , as it was very urgent so i searched their site so that i can find out office in ranchi that was also not available, i mailed to top authorities but no reply, called to area manager of ranchi , he did not pick the phone.
so using local connections my dad located the blazeflash office with so difficulty , in the age of 67,
and when he reached the office the people there said twice people returned from searching the house , and if i tell you there new office is right side of a flyover and my house is on the left side of flyover, with proper house no and lane no they are unable to find an address.Their lackadaisical attitude may cost somebody his/her life.

i had to receive very important office paper from hyderabad.. somebody used their services and now they r telling that consignment no doesnmot exist.. it has been over an week..
