    Dear Admin

    I want to send notice to homeshop18. b'ocz i place a order at 9 Aug 2010 with two products.they send me one product by bluedart but one of them not delivered till date. i daily call at customer care but they said you have to wait . but they cannot give me satisfied answer . one of that senior of homeshop name is Manoj he said that do your own work when we want then we send u product . this is wrong so i was decided to send notice. i also post of detail courier which is show this produt is not deliver yet

    Default Response on Blog posted by Mr. Anil on 25 th August , 2010.

    One of our customers Mr. Anil has raised a concern regarding delivery of his order for Panna Navratna Pendant Set By Anaya on his blog posted on 25 th August ,2010.

    The matter is taken up with and we are arranging delivery to the customer as promised.

    The product has been shipped through Blue Dart courier vide Air waybill Number #58528213181 dated 26 th August 2010 and it would be delivered to him in 24-48 working hours .

    This incidence is a stray aberration to the quality standard we strive to achieve for our valued customers.
