I had opted for foreclosure of personnel loan on 6th August 2010 for which I was said that I will get the detailed information within 7 days to foreclose the loan. But till date whenever i call them they say that they have not received any information about my closure from concerned department. They have even given a complain number but of no use because they prolong the same by two days every time I call them. If we don't pay an installment they put fine and our record in CIBIL becomes negative. But when we try to close when they are not giving information, how to proceed with this and who will pay the interest. I have already applied for stop payment from my bank, will it cause any negative remark in my account. Kindly advice/
