fraudulent withdrawls from icici bank account on 18 july 2010, my icici bank account was wrongfully debited 25000 rupees via three different atm withdrawls from three different atms in time gap of just one minute each. I fail to understand how this can happen? Bank refuse to help saying withdrawl can only be made with pin number.but, the card was with me only whole the time. Police also refuse to lodge an fir saying location of crime is not known. Im stuck. Please help me.

i have alredy lodged a complained vide sr146658720 dated 18 july 2010. the bank carried out investigation and says these transactions are PIN based transactions so cant have occured without mishandling of card/pin.
