Respectfully, I, Monjit Bora beg to state that i purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator of 180 L with cost of Rs. 7990 from Big Bazaar, Ameerpet, Hyderabad-16.A.P. on 15th August,2010(Sunday). The cash Memo No. is T 65/14630 and the serial No. is 2025.The Big Bazaar sales team promised to deliver the above mentioned refrigerator on 17-08-2010(mentioned in delivery challan).But they delivered the same on 21-08-2010, Saturday. Since that day, the new refrigerator has not been working properly and there is no cooling effect from the refrigerator. They delivered totally a defective refrigerator to me. I even try to contact the Whirlpool and Big Bazaar but not getting proper response from their side.
Therefore, I prayed that your honour may kindly be taken very seriously in the best interest of the society and the consumer for which act of kindness your petitioner shall everpray.
