One of our customers Mr. PravinShindesh has raised a concern regarding non receipt of order for Inalsa Magic Food Processor on his blog posted on 24 th August 2010.
Our business partner M/s Inalsa has shipped the order through their courier partner M/s Trackon .
Since he confirmed non receipt of the same, we have refunded the order value of the same .
This incidence is a stray aberration to the quality standard we strive to achieve for our valued customers.
