I am existing customer of Idea mobile services last 4 years. My connection no. is +91-9887317330. I have requested for billing plan change on 19.08.10 vide request no. 10195641419 this request not processed by you on committed period (24 hrs.) after we have registered complained on toll free no. 198 vide complained no. 1-10206304448 on 20.08.10. On this complaint no. also you had not take any necessary action. Next day dated 21.08.10 we had again talk with customer care executive about my complaint dated 20.08.10 but he gave me again new request no. 1-10216185197 and said me wait next 24 hours. Next day was Sunday (22.08.10) and still my request is pending and I am doing only wait and wait.

I am very disappointed for your poor service provided by your customer care and technician because after my lot of requests and complaints you are not taking any action. After your this behavior we have facing many financially and mentally problems so I decide that I will go Consumer court and complaint your services and behavior.
