Hi,

I purchased domain (arekar.co.in) from TATA Brodband (Business) , due to very very very basic domain control panel i was not able to manage MX records and other records.

So i raised request to customer support, but instead to provide me transfer/authorization code the sent me following reply :

Problem Details Hello, Your domain control is too basic... I have to transfer same domain to another Service Provider. Nice service with big hole...Please make it more advance like godaddy.

They are closing request without providing authorization code..now it big pain .for me ....I am still fighting with them for transfer code....
