i am naren mandal. I've purchased micromax x280, on the 5th feb'2010. From june onwards my microphone is not working, the set doesn't get charged as well. On 10/6/2010, i submitted the set to authorised service centre (customer job card - 167327) but even after 15 days they could not find the neccessary parts & my set was returned. What should i do now?
