Dear Sir,

I had complained for Bigtv problems for Set Top Box / Software as under:

Further, I informed you that I talked to Mr.Vijaynath Goswami, Customer Care on dated 10.8.2010, Madam Nisha on 17.8.10, Mr.Mrugesh, Mr.Umesh on dt.19.8.10 and they are assured that complain will be solved immediately but I am sorry to say that long time(28 days) has been passed but my problem is not resolved till date. I try to contact to Mr. Akash, Chief Enginner, Bigtv on Mobile No.9376906231 and Mr. Paresh, Distributor Mobile No.9376207003 but they are not attended my call and have not given any reply.
Sir, sorry to say that I am very tired from Bigtv services I contacted your chief Mr. Mugreshbhai and they instructed to engineer Mr. Akash that resolved the problem of customer immediately but your engineer / distributor is not follow his order and not taken any action to resolve of customer problems.
Every time I got the message from 5911 that "Dear Reliance Bigtv customer, your request is closed" and closed the complain without solving the complain.
In past so many times services from Bigtv is not satisfactory and problem is not solved immediately hence customer is very unhappy from Bigtv services.
I hope that you will take necessary action and solve my problem immediately.
