ID:	5734they are a big fraud i had purchased a mobile phone i didn't found that good so i returned it back to them first they said that they got the phone and tried to fraud by saying we will return your money back but now they are saying that they didn't got the phone. they are just making common person fool plzzzzzz try to help me on this matter that will so grateful of you

    Default defective fujizone mobile phone

    Sir,
    It has been a ridiculous deal with you relating to the purchase of Fuji zone touch screen mobile phone. Let me repeat the sequence of affairs for your convenience.
    1. I purchased the Fuji zone touch screen mobile in October 2010.
    2. The mobile was delivered to me without the data cable/charger cable; spare stylus and battery and the mobile pouch. These items were shown in the ad. to be part of the mobile set.
    3. I reported the matter to homeshop18 customer care and I received the mobile pouch and the data cable/charger cable in December 2010.
    4. After charging I inserted the SIM card and found that the screen was defective. I reported the matter immediately to the customer care in January 2011.
    5. The homeshop18 customer care arranged for replacement. As directed I sent the mobile set in the packet arranged by homeshop18 in February 2011.
    6. I received calls from Nakamichi Techno Pvt. Ltd that I have to pay Rs. 1300/- towards the repair of the screen in late February 2011 and march 2011. I refused to pay as my deal was with homeshop18 and not Nakamichi Techno Pvt. Ltd.
    7. I received the defective mobile back in early May 2011.
    My repeated calls to the customer care led me nowhere. After I sent two emails I received a SMS stating that the homeshop18 team was not able to contact me. When I called back they were beating round the bush. They said that the warranty was for six months only. But I had sent the phone within the stipulated time. Then they were saying that it was not a manufacturing defect and was a critical damage. Let me tell you that the screen was defective from day one and there is no sign/mark of external damage on the screen. Hence it is a manufacturing defect only. When I tried to tell these facts the Customer Care executive disconnected the phone.
    Is this the way to deal with a customer? The bonding with homeshop18 seems to be withering away with the feeling of being cheated away. Please tell me is there a way out of the present situation or it has to be sorted out in a different forum.

    Default Got a mobile phone without battery

    Hello everybody I am Dr.Shreejith from Trivandrum,Kerala.
    I do regular shopping from differnt sites for various products.

    BUT I CANNOT RESIST MYSELF FROM SAYING THAT HOME SHOP 18 IS THE WORST ONE WHICH
    I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS.

    I ordered a SPICE M9000 MOBILE phone on Sept 11 the order no was 905862017 under
    COD payment option.After many phone calls to customer care I got the product finally on
    24th September.

    But when I opened the box I cannot Find the battery. Immediately I called the customer care
    and I got the reply that the battery was missed during the packing process and it will be shipped soon seperately.
    I waited for 5 dayS.Again I called them,got answer that it will be shipped in two days.

    From there onwards I used to call them daily and always get this reply " I really appologise for your inconvenience
    you will be getting the battery within two days"

    Still I am calling them on regular basis and the same reply.

    Till today I almost spent an amount as phone charges which is equal to the cost of two batteries.
    Also I am not profitted in any way considering the rate of mobile in a local market.

    Home shop 18 rates are much higher than in other shopping sites and to with a very poor service.

    Tradeus ,Flipkart are much much better... at least they give a good service even if they dont have a Channel of their own.

    Totally fed up with you guys really.....

    Hi Sir/Madam,

    I had place an order to Home Shop 18 couple of months back for Reebok mobile Trainer shoes with the order No. Order No. 910907019. I recieved the product of incorrect size and that too a defective piece. I have send the order back three times to the home shop 18 center in Gurgaon and recieved the same pair of shoes back all the time. Everytime I talk to the customer care executive they say they will revert back to me or they advice me to send the packet back but I am not recieving any active response from them. Even the executives are not seems to be escalating the issue.

    Please help me.

    I have ordered wespro tablet pc from homeshop18.com but internet was not working with any dongle. wespro guys told me to use Airtel E 1371 Dongle i have also used that but it is still not working. wespro guys told me to update os and sent me file. it tried to update it but also update was not starting. so they told me to send it back
    i sent that tablet back to wespro. after 21 days they told me that "your product has received in damage condition and you have to pay 1000 Rs. Extra for repair." , and they send me same product again.

    I received product again in same condition after paying 1000 Rs. extra again this time problem not solved. internet is not connecting by Airtel E1731 dongle or any other dongle and screen touch is not properly working. what should i do now?

    AFTER 7 DAYS THE PRODUCT HAS DELIVERED ON MY ADDRESS
    BUT THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED I HAVE COMPLAINED @ CUSTOMER CARE BUT THEY SAID THAT I HAVE TO RETURN MY PRODUCT ON HER ADDRESS. I HAVE RETURNED, BEFORE 20 DAYS AGO.


    SO THE MATTER IS THAT I HAVE ALREADY SPEND 300 RS EXTRA ON IT & STILL I AM WAITING FOR MY PRODUCT IN GOOD CONDITION.

    Please note that I had purchase of above title mb phone through yours bearing invoice no BAR/102011/71994 now its camera is not working, while approaching the service centre irt was told the camera is ok but the outer safety screen is sluggy hence you are required to get change the complete cabinet which is going to cost Rs. 7000r 800/-. It was advertised and shown in that the Mb has one year manufactures warranty.This was purchasedas per your invoice on 16/10/2011 at the time of Deepawali. I request to please look and help for the same and get the said Mb. camera ok.

    i placed an order in homeshop18 before 20 days it was of BEETAL GD777. I got it but it was defected piece . so i call to the homeshop to exchage my product but i don't get any reply from your concerned department. homeshop executives always forward camplain to the concerned department but i don't get any response from there. i really get fed up after purchasing the product from homeshop. please exchage my product as soon as possible. i have to go outstation for my further studies on 29. i till not got any response.
    kindlly concered my problem as soon as possible.

    I ordered for a 4 gb memory card and a card reader few days back,my order id is 913352427,when i got my order after opening it i found my card reader is in pack without seal,and when i plugg in the same,its not working

    Unhappy got defected cooler/breakage

    Sir,
    i am a very old customer of you and i have purchased many products from you (check my track record with the names... Jai & Hemant) and i have never faced any problem in any product.Last time i have purchased a Symphony room cooler after watching your advertisement on TV.First of all the model is different and not matched with the model that i have ordered (it is without ice chamber, not slim also) and secondly it was broken when i checked it after delivery then i call on customer care regarding this but i do not get proper response from your CC.Next day i received a call from CC and the executive transferred my call to maintenance dept. but again the executive told me to talk (via con-call) with the area head sales or maintenance (punjab) but he don't answered the call then the executive told me to wait for 48 hrs and further he said that our service executive will visit but there is no visit till date.I just want to state that i got very bad response from your cc and finally i have to say that if my problem should not resolved i will never buy any product from Home shop 18 and i will never recommend anybody to purchase products from Home shop 18.But truly i don't want to do this because i am connected with you from long time and i know that you will resolve my problem but till date there is no response.I think you will understand my problem n sort out the problem.Thanking you in anticipation.
