.I Was a Resident Of ,Punjab,I am Currently Living In Melbourne Australia.My Family (Mother And Sister) stil Lives Back In India.

Last December 2009 I was In India Because My Dad Got Decaesed and i was withmy Family.In January we had an issue with the Meter(Sparks). We Complainted to Punjab State Electricity Board And Two Of Their Colleagues came to Our Property and said They might have to Change the Meter .

After Some days we complainted Again that our meter stopped Working and two(Subhash n Another One) of their colleagues came to our House and changed Our Meter and took 8000 Rupees from us for Changing the Meter.

I am Attaching the copy of the latest bill which clearly states that the meter has been changed and they did send us the average bill what we normally Receive. the reading Date is 17/05/2010.

But After Couple of days they came to our property and removed the new meter from the property and placed the old meter .we asked them but they didnt tell us anything about it. and told us we know everything dont you worry about it.

Now someone from the Punjab electricity department came Today(19/06/2010) .He started harrrasing my Mom and said your Meter in ingenuine,Seals are broken you have to pay penalty .My mom and sister are there of themselves she told them that someone had already Changed the meter and she doesn't Know anything about it.its your department colleagues only did ir.

They were so rude to my Mom and they forced her to sign on something.you can imagine the problem they are facing As i am in australia and my dad passed Away. She called me up and started Crying On the Phone.she is Already going Through a lot as you can understand the circumstances we are in.

she did ask his Name but he never told Her.Please Look in to this Because we Going through a lot because of the Harrasment we are facing..
