Reliance Mobile Payment Issue. posted aug 21st. Dear Reliance Mobile,
I have been using u r services quite a bit time. I was intially happy with the services. but slowly I came to know that this is one of the worst services I ever used in my life time.
I have been struggling with your customer care for the excess payment done in the month of April 2010. ( INR 500).
There were two payments done by me on 18th and 20th of April2010. INR 500 each through credit card IVR option. ( reason being paid twice is again u r customer service executive called me to intimate that my payment not reflecting in there system so I paid once again on 20th of April 2010.).
When I received my credit card statement from my Bank there were 2 debits. one is on 18th and another is on 20th of April 2010. both were paid to reliance communication Mumabi.
Now here comes ur so called custmer service game:-
1. on May 3rd I went to your reliance web world complaing the same. They told me to submit the proof. ( credicard Statement and Reliance Bill).
2.) on May 4th I have submitted the same to your Agent At Punjagutta Web world. She told she will confirm once she recive the status.
3) May 10 I went to Punjagutta-Hyd. web world to ask that lady abt the status. she put one big smile and asked the credit card statement once again as she lost it.
4) on same day May 10th I have submitted the same again she told this time she will respond.
6) I have spokent to u r tele customer care and submitted the required authorization codes which i received from my bank. ( and they told they will get back to me in 48 hrs.) and those 48 hrs never came eiven after a week.
7) again same story. I have been calling them and some time they say to visit hub and some time they say their systems not recognising any authorization from my card.
I double checked with my bank they confirm the payment and these people not resolving this.
I stop using my mobile number after this and my number. I am working proffessional and doesn't have sufficient time to go to any court to log a complaint so I am writing this. Hope reliance will respond to this. My mail Id is : smbazeed@gmail.com
