I am appalled by the conduct of the organizations that are selling in the market, making huge money out of consumers' pocket and then almost stealing their hard earned money.

Per the terms and conditions of " Seventymm.com" they have not refunded my subscription money that is 100% refundable which is about 350 INR post cancellation of account. I have all the email records and required documents with their commitments of doing so within time-lines along with names of all the senior officials who have made such commitments in writing. I am glad to present these records to the court. I have been waiting for 6 months as against their promise of 2 weeks to refund my money. Also, I have wasted a lot of money on phone calls and of course significant portion of my time. This is total breach of consumer trust despite having records in place for the same. I have sent them many warnings too, to no avail.

They do not respond any more and on calling them, they promise again but still have not refunded my money. This is almost close to stealing my hard earned money and giving me harassment. I am not sure how many consumers are facing this problem but such organizations must be severely penalised.

I request you for a resolution for this along with all the money ( in approximation ) and time I have spent on it. I could have used this money in bank and earned interest.
