Sir, This is to lodge a complaint against AXIS Bank who has illegally put the amount in my saving account on lien for credit card dues.There was absolutely no communication via e mail,phone call or any letter. On 06 August 2010 Axis bank has block RS 54853 in my saving account in sneh nagar Indore branch for cr card dues.I am regular payer for my monthly dues in time past 3 years even after I had lost my job in July 2008 due to medical ground.No cheque bounce in between them.On 22 April 2010 I had pay my last installment.Mean while my son has passed AIEEE 2010 with good ALL INDIA RANK of 6779.For his admission in MANIT BHOPAL NIT COLLEGE I have to arrange around RS 75000 (high interest p.l had been taken from financer) for his B TECH 1st year fees in June 2010.For his admission my 2 installments of cr card was over due.To regularise card payment I have arrange Rs one lac & deposit this cheque in Axis bank inspite of having 3 other saving a/c in PNB,Allahabad bank & SBI on 05 August 2010. AXIS bank give reward for my sincerioty to regularise card payment & maintaining past good relation.Now I have to pay high interest p.loan also.For this issue I had given a written notice in branch on 08 AUG 2010 & sent contineously E MAIL to crcd@axisbank.com ,nodalofficer@axisbank.com & helpmumbai@rbi.org.in on 12th,13th,14th,16th,& 17th AUG 2010.On 17 AUG 2010 they told me to have patience & require 5 days to look it.
