my mother was enrolled by me at vlcc kandivili mumbai branch

on 3rd july 2010 as she had weight issue and had issues walking

had paid total 57908
so i was assured that she will be losing 10 kg in six month by representative

at kandivili branch

however on 21st july 2010

during which her blood pressure shot up and my wife who used to tag along with her

informed representative at center about the same however nothing was done by representatives they just advised some rest and continued the therapy for 45 minutes or something

my wife ran home to get the medication which helped her.but with the silent attack
it affected my mother some way

since than my mother is finding it difficulty in standing on her legs muscles do not respond to the brain signals she was not able to move for 15 day
we did physiotherapy now there is improvement
she is using walker to walk and stand after difficulty time for almost 15 days when she was bedridden.
when i went back to vlcc for refund of the money on medical ground as she wont
be able to continue they say they wont refund as its not caused by them
where as my understanding is its affects of the therapy that the bloodpressure shot up and it affected her in this way.
advised what should i do .
