I just bought a mobile just 2 months back, it was not supporting mp4 formats and i went to the samsung care centre, and person who is sitting over there is not even ready to listen my complaints. After servicing my mobile my mobile was put down with prblms. again he changed the motherboards, but still mobile is not supporting mp4 formats and many other important softwares like opera mini.
