This is to inform you that I had purchased a SPICE tele Handset from their retailed M/s Hotspot in Karol bagh , delhi .

Ever since I purchased it , the handset has malfunctioned so many times and have had to send to service centre for repair where they take months .

I am enclosing the copy of their bill , please advise how I can return the handset and get back my money.
