I bought Micromax Q5 Sr. No. 910040057548955 from Rakesh Electronics & Mobile Centre, Mohan Block, West Sagar Pur, New Delhi – 110 046 on 7 July 2010.

On 29 July 2010 I found a thick line on my mobile screen. I made a complaint to the Rakesh Electronics who advised me to visit the Micromax Service Centre. On August 1, 2010 I send my nephew to Telecom System, 84, Avtar Enclave, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi which is one of Micromax authorized service centre with the faulty mobile. The Executive at the Service Centre told us that the LCD screen is faulty and they will replace the LCD screen very shortly (Job Order No. 1898 dated August 1, 2010). But since then I got week response, executive of service centre who continuously telling me that the LCD screen is out of stock and they don’t know when it will be available. I am really frustrated the after sales service provided by the MICROMAX mobile. Please try to sort out my problem.
