I am umesh,.Aircel customer care officers are misguiding their customers and they are very rude and cheaters,
They hav cheated me also many times like others, They only activating some offers and deducting many from the account and I hav askd them for deactivation code,If i call 121 then these cheaters telling call 198 and register complaint.If I call there then person from there saying call 121. If I ask for deactivation code they giving wrong codes which is not getting deactivate only,and money from my account ll gett deduct If i ask y money got deducted they give one more code which also same not deactivating only.
On 19-AUG-2010 night around 10.00-10.30 I called 121 and spoke for deactivation code of Dev Alarm,he told his name is SALMAN and he was very rude while speaking and disconnected phone.I again called 121 this time person called NAVEEN picked the phone and I told about the matter,he told he ll connect Team Lead(TL) that TL is not receiving call only I was waiting about 10 minutes and I disconnected. I again once more called 121 and this time this time person named SHANKAR spoke with me and I aske TL's name he told BALU,while he was speaking with
me other his mates may be who spoken with me earlier(SALMAN or NAVEEN) telling to SAHNKAR that disconnect the phone why u speaking with me and I heard this completely and clearly.
If Aircel is taking care of their customers please take appropriate action against such cheating and misbehaviving things,Else with sure Aircel name will only go away with wind..Before time goes away take appropriate action,and I am thinking to disconnect Aircel to go away from cheaters.
