SUB: NOTICE BEFORE FILING CONSUMER COMPLAINT

Dear Sir,

With Reference to above subject I had purchased T.V (Plasma) Model No. VAP32HBG-FPU From Your Dealer IKON (Gandhidham) Date 01/12/2009 But now the problem From Last two month in TV screen get on big black spot whole screen I am resister complained on 4/08/10 to dealer IKON JOB NO: RAJ0708100134 Date 07/08/10 This job no I get form service center person and technician name is Suresh Bhanushali service center name is S.M. ( gandhidham).. He check and I ask to the person what happen they told me I send to the mail to head and they give reply and take time two to three month for repairing . I am fool I am purchase Videocon product in my life I don't buy any Videocon product and not to suggest to any one purchase the Videocon products

1) As per your warranty or guarantee promised to you 1 year from purchase date

2) TV screen get on big black spot whole screen and Loose the disc connection from line and service is very very bad

3) I call him so many time but they don't pick up my phone and I was go to two three time his office and I brought with me I call every where but not response.

4) I give you time limit of at least 15 days to settle this matter and give my refund of full amount with suitable interest (18%), or replacement of the product along with suitable compensation, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Court as are protected under the Consumer Protection Act of 1986.

5) Consumer complaint will be at your cost and expenses, and I will seek compensation for the mental agony caused due to his deficiency in services.
