I purchased a exide battery for my maruthi 800 couple of months before ,and it is going flat though i am using it regularly, it has three years warranty and when i asked the dealer he told me it has been checked by the company, and it is fine i am facing the same problem again and told him that i would go to consumer court ,he darely told me to do the same so plz help me
