I Mrs Sneha S. Palande booked a product(Demontee Dinner Set) on 18/05/2010 and they told that the product will reach me within 21 days and the charges were charged to my credit card (Rs. 3000/-) but I did'nt received the porduct on asking them they told me you will get the product by this weekend, the porduct will be dispatched soon,
but after 3 weeks to same sentence I told them to cancle the order and give me the refund at that time they told me that the same amt will be refunded within 3 to 4 weeks time, but till date I have not received the refund and now when I am calling them they are again telling me that I will receive the refund within this week. Like this they are telling me since last 3 weeks. Please HELP.
