One of my friend Getting two loans 1st) from bajaj consumer finance and for EMI he given them all pdc to company but one pdc is lost by bajaj co. . after 1.5 years one co.'s boys came to him and told about a one installment is due for applicant side. after many argument he paid his installment before one year at Indore(M.P.) Corporate office but recently when he applied for PL in NBFC his cibil is reflecting WRITTEN OFF in same. AND
2nd is ) Getting Nationalized Bank (PMRY Government scheme) in 2004. he paid all EMI's by cash After 2 years he went bank and told to repay all his rest amount. and getting statement he paid around 16000/- by cash and one of bank employee told him that no more amt is rest to pay. at that time he did't received any NOC.
Latest he applied a Personal Loan from One NBFC co.
Co. replied that some amt is overdue in your PMRY a/c. What should he do now. his detail as follows:-
