I am sohel reshamwala and i would like to lodge a complaint against birla sun life insurance company.
I have a insurance policy which had a term of 3 years paying mode and i completed 3 years of paying and now its the forth year and i want to withdraw my money and i surrendered my policy on 29 july 2010 and i was told that it will take 10 days for them to transfer my 84000 rupees in my account, but now already 19 days have passed and when i try contacting the customer care they give me false RTGS number and say that they have done the payment to my account on 11 august, on this i send them my net banking screen shot where its showing that no transfer has been done, i am trying to make them understand but the team leader of the concern team named ankit bhatt promised me on 13 august that he will solve my problem within 24 hours and give me a call but still on 17 august i have no reply from them and when i call them he is not ready to answer my call and make excuses that he is not in office. I dont know when will i get my money and will i get it or not.
I would like to lodge a serious complaint against birla sun life that while taking money they send dozens of executive and while returing money why do they behave so irresponsible.
Public please beaware of this company as they will loose your money.
Instead keep your money in bank FD which will be safe.
