Dear Sir/Madam,

I have been using vodafone postpaid connection no. (9899492166) for about last 4 years and have been paying the bills regulery.To avoid exess usage i have kept my credit limit restricted to Rs.4000.However my average usage is Rs.600 pm approx. In the month of july someone missused my cellphone n made some international calls from this number which raised my bill to over Rs.8000.Now the bill has been added to more then Rs.9000 after adding some more charges to it.

Vodafone wants me to pay the entire bill.However,I feel that.
Vodafone cannot let my bill go over my credit limit (which is 4000) and it still reflects on "myvodafone" online account.

Vodafone,didnot stop my outgoing while it was being missused and didnot stop the outgoing when it reached my credit limit (Rs.4000),they let it go over and then they send me a msg that "your outgoing has been stopped due to excess usage" when my unbilled usage had reached 8000.

I am ready to pay the amout eqauls to my credit limit..which is 4000,but Vodafone resolution team donot agree and want me to pay the whole thing.

Please help me in this ...
and let me know about my rights in this situation.
