Dear sir/mam,

I write to you in regard to our samsung airconditioner. We purchased this product 14 months ago from an authorized dealer in Delhi named Pankaj Electronics in 9 dav school building, green park,nd 16. The ac is a 2 ton ac, model number sac24eta. Invoice number 80864

We started to face a problem with the air conditioner soon after purchase. The first problem was of noise from the blower unit. Especially In the past 4 months we have complained several times to the company service center in their call center. All technicians have come and said that the unit seems to be clogged on account of dust. We clean our filters every 7 days. Still after every 3 weeks a technician has to as the problem seems to resurface.

Aditionally, more recently more problems have begun, of a lot of water dripping into the rooms, low cooling etc. We have at all times called the service line for help. The last technician visit was a few days ago, and again all problems of low noise, low cooling, and Water dripping from blower unit have begun. Addtionally they are now asking for large sums of money, given their warranty period is over.

Given the unusual frequency of problems with this unit, the multiple reasons we have received for the faults, and the fact the these problems continue, give us a feeling that this is a faulty unit.

Our interest lies in getting an AC that works and does not give us problems on a day to day basis. The service centers of samsung are unable to provide a satisfactory and long term solution. We are suffering from heat as this unit is in our bedroom.

We need samsung to look into this matter and gives a solutions asap which is permanent. Our call log to the service center is available in the samsung call center for you to obtain and review.

We request your assistance in ensuring we get a good service and product for our use at home. Accordingly, we wish to register this complaint.
