About Micromax Q7 and its company

Its very bad to see you guys to provide a set without wi-fi. You are telling its having wi-fi but actually it doesn't work with either web browser or opera mini. What shud I do. Can any one tell me consumer court near by my house as I'm living at Paschim Puri, nr. by Punjabi Bagh. Please tell me what to do with this handset. One more thing about Micromax Janak Puri, District Centre, service center. AS 1st they told me on last thursday to come on saturday. I went on monday(16/08/10), they told me to wait for 1hr, and when I asked them about surity for 1hr. they told me no time surity. Can anyone help me about this candum set 'n' company. Please tell me. Thanks.
