    We have given a set of photographs(246 nos) for printing at Fotofast-Aundh,
    Pune. They told us there are two schemes, one at lower rate and another at
    higher rate. The benefit of higher rate scheme is explained as free albums (on
    enquiry on the cost, it was told as more than Rs.300 - I do not exactly remember
    the amount) and free enlargement. We went for the higher scheme. We were told to
    come after 2 hours for receiving the photographs. After two hours also the
    photographs were not ready. In our second attempt we received the photographs
    with 6 small albums each having a capacity of 40 numbers. I specifically asked
    them to give one more album to fit in remaining 6 photographs(6*40= 240,
    246-240=6) . The answer was a big no. The reply was as if they are doing a
    concession to the customers by doing there duty. I would like to know how to
    proceed on such cheaters.

    Anand, I am not sure, just for the sake of a single album, the consumer court
    will help out advising you to forget it. Since this is cheating, you can
    blacklist this shop by sending out the incident description in the email to all
    of the employees in your organization and further which this email will flow to
    other organization as well. This shop is in the Aundh vicitnity , and there are
    lot many IT folks residing there...

    If you have any written confirmation for that then you can take a legal action.

    These people are so cunning.
    Pune having a population of 40 lacs now, these people are minting money.
    They dont care a damn if customers are not satisfied.
    Folls will keep on coming for passport and visa photos at least.

    FC ROAD FOTOFAST: PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

    I'd given a couple of photos to be scanned and copied and a few soft copies on the pendrive to be made into hard copies. It was overall order value of 1000 bucks. I was asked to collect the photo's in an hour. That was 12:40 PM in the afternoon and when i went back at back at 6:30 PM in the evening. They hadn't even touched my photos yet. This was my 2nd experience with this shop.

    I'm not writing this review only because of the 6 hour delay, my anger is because of the following:

    1. Irresponsibility : The girl at the counter (Asha Pawar) tells me that its not her fault, coz she wasn't the one who took the order and she can't (rather won't) do anything about it. Then the two girls at the counter proceed to chit chat leaving the customer standing bewildered at the counter and without even any place to sit. They made it clear that they couldn't care less..

    2. Total Disrespect to the Customer:
    (a) When i reprimanded them about their rude attitude, they went a step ahead and muttered remarks in Marathi, which i completely understand and hence understood all the offensive remarks
    (b) During Bill payment, she refused to hand me the bill first, which is a regular procedure fearing that i might not pay up at all. This shows their own awareness of their lousy delivery and service, they actually fear customers running away without paying.
    (c) Despite my repeated requests for the store manager's number, they denied and of course talked back endlessly.

    3. Lousy Service:

    (a) I had been given two copies of each picture and had also been charged for it WITHOUT any reason. When i asked why this has happened, they had no clue and looked at me with such dumb and arrogant expressions that made it clear that they wouldn't answer.

    (b ) After all this heated argument, i was handed my packet of photos at 7:10 PM. I was so frustrated by then that i just stormed out after payment, only to get back home and realize that they took the money for the 18 soft copies on the USB drive, but it wasn't in the packet. When i called back, they confirmed that they had forgotten about that part of the order and asked me to come and collect it next day in the morning.
    So not only did they deliver my order 7 hours late in the first place, they were not even apologetic about this, they talked back, made me, the customer feel like some lousy beggar while actually I was paying a thousand bucks for all this. They also did not give me the entire order despite fully charging the money because of which I had to drive back 10 kilometers. It was a disgusting process for me as a customer.

    Ur comments are totally irrelevant...
    I visited the store and found nothing as what is mentioned here.
    They provided me with good quality prints and outstanding customer support.

    Hi all,
    We also experianced the same.

    i went with my friend who was there to click some photographs for marriage praposal.
    before paying the amount at counter, person said there is changing room and makeup room available.
    We paid for 4 photographs and afterwards they said there is no changing room or makeup room.
    and my friend have to click all 4 photos in to same dress. even they does not agrred to take 2 photos on some other day.

    Angry Worst Customer Service at Fotofast, Pune

    Yesterday(13-Oct-2010) at 8:00pm I went to FotoFast Aundh, Pune. I gave a soft copy which needs to be converted to a Passport Size Hardcopy (6-8 copies). I said please do modification like tilting the foto (to vertical which was slightly angled) and changing the background. She arrogantly said we cannot tilt and can provide as it is only. I have to explain that fotofast does have the software to do such modification. Then she said ok they will do it. It was like I am beggar and requesting to help me out. She made a bill of Rs.99/- for 6 copies and she committed it will be done next morning by 10-0:30 am (14-Oct-2010). She had some burnt impression on her eyebrows. This lady was with very rude attitude and no concern and offcourse lot of carelessness.

    Next day (14-Oct-2010) I went there around 10:45am. Now, there was a different lady. I gave the bill to collect the photos. She checked and said its not done yet. I said it was committed to give me by this time. I said I had an appointment with Passport Office, Pune. I need it urgently. She talked with the photo developer guy, he said it will take 1-2 hrs more. I was helpless and took back my money.

    Now, I went to FotoFast near Wadia College (next to Manikchand Complex). There's another story already going on. One customer having a chat with the Fotofast Girl. He asked to have 2copies (1 glossy and 1 matt) for each photo. She denied this cannot be done. He requested several times but nothing worked. Then this guy said take order only for glossy photos and paid the bill. After that he said now take the order only for matt finished photos. No need to say more .

    In my case, I was lucky here. I said please do modification like tilting the foto (to vertical which was slightly angled) and changing the background. She said it will be done in next minutes and charged Rs.90/-.


    I'm not writing this review only because of the delay, my anger is because of the following:

    1. Irresponsibility

    2. Total Disrespect to the Customer

    3. Lousy Service

    4. Dishonesty

    5. Pathetic Customer Service

    6. Felt Cheated

    i gave them 12 photos for printing at 10 am i had a office so they told me they will crop those pics with the charge of 55rs per photo. if they dont crop the photos then the cost of printing was 10rs per photo. but as i had office and did not have to crop and wanted the photos as soon as possible so i told them to crop but after two hours the photos were not ready so i told them now cancel my order i wanted them in 2 hours thats why i paid 55rs per photo if u can not deliver it on time then why should i tell u to crop i would have done it. but they refused nd when i tried calling customer care there was no feed back from them. girls working in the shop cut my phone. horrible experience and this ended with me spending 660 r instead of 120rs. very bad.such a lame service.

    Default Foto fast camp

    On 28 Feb 2011 late evening, I went to your Camp outlet and ordered 4 copies of photographs (visa size). I paid Rs 50/- and was given Receipt No 106076 wherein time indicated was 8.06PM. I was told that the photos would be given in an hour. I went out, did some window shopping and came back to the shop at around 8.45 PM and asked/ reminded the staff as regards my order. I was told that I would get the same in 15 minutes. I waited upto 9.30 PM (in between I was also reminding the staff). However, at 9.30 PM the men in charge of the printing/ developing shut their computers without doing my order. I was told to come the next day at 10 AM and collect the same. Here I would like to mention that the girls especially the senior girl (Suvarna I think) was co-operative and did tell the printing guys that the customer is waiting to collect the photos. The guys however were high handed (perhaps they think that they are doing a favour) and did not carry out the girl's instructions. I had to come back empty handed after wasting over an hour and half.

    Since I work in Shivaji Nagar area, going to Camp to collect photos was not practical. So I preferred to develop the photos elsewhere. I have not collected the photos from your Camp outlet as yet as my purpose for the photos is done with. They collect full advance money from customer and then doing things as they please because they have already collected your dues irrespective of customers satisfaction.

    Default Horrible and arrogant manager

    I experienced a horrible display of customer service at Fotofast - Aundh outlet in Pune. What a horrible manager she is.
    I had clicked some photos of my baby and was asked to come for preview of collage in couple of days time. Due to my work schedule, I
    could not make it for around a week but kept them informed. In one call, I enquired the lady on phone what are the store timings: She
    said we start closing at 8:45 PM.(Nowhere in bill or on store it is mentioned, only verbal assurance)
    She informed me that printing of the collage takes around 1 hour after preview.
    In response to this, I reached their outlet at 8:20 PM(courtesy traffic from Hinjewadi to Aundh and parking woes in Aundh) and asked
    if they can just show preview to me and I will take the print later. Initially the desk lady kept attending other customers and told
    that another preview was going on.
    This happened for around 5 minutes. Suddenly this rude manager comes and says we cannot show the preview now as 8:30 PM is our
    closing time. I said it was informed to me that 8:45 is closing time. I asked if they can just spare 10-15 mins and show preview as
    it is only 8:25PM now and nowhere they mentioned that preview cannot be given after 8:15 PM.
    This horrible lady started giving me an account of clock in one of their system. It is 8:33 PM now and we are closing. I happened to
    show her another screen and said there mismatch of system timings in your store itself.(Another system was showing 8:30 PM)
    Most horrible comment was: She told me I came at 8:28 PM and not 8:20 PM. Do they actually keep swipe in and swipe out time of each
    customer coming?
    Some very absurd, rude behavior and answers made me very angry and I asked for cancellation of order to which she says we dont cancel
    order. I asked her if their bill says so, she said WE DON't DO THAT and she herself left the office at 8:30PM.
    • If she is the manager, isn't she suppose to be in the store till the shop closes?
    • If they are so adament about timings of store, why not put it clearly outside the store and also on bill about store timings?
    • If they dont accept cancellation after order placement, it should be clearly mentioned in the Bill or somewhere in store.
    Since they have already taken around Rs.1400/-, I have decided to teach them a lesson and take it to higher authoriity now.
