My name is Shivam Duggal and i have complaint against samsung india electronics pvt ltd which is situated at
6 Green park, cool road,
jalandhar.

as i have bought cellphone name Samsung guru GT-e1160 whos cost was Rs1850.00
in last december 2009.
In may 2010 my cellphone just got dead and never turned on again, as i depoisted my cell phone for service to Samsung india electonics pvt ltd, they told me that my cell want get repaired but u will get the compensated exact amount thorugh cheque within next 45 days. they also kept the original bill of the cell phone and gave me work order number which is : WA19801011714

as i had deposited my cell to them on 3rd of may 2010 and after wards till date i havent recived any cheque from them, due to there negligence in the matter.
as i was promised that i will get my refunded amount in 45 days but it is been nearly 104 days i havent recieved any reponse from them.

i have visited them again and again for past 3 and half months.
also there area service manager Mr. Rahul gave me his cell number which is 9988883208and told me to contact me but he also hade mad several excuses
1 day he say my cheque got misplaced and moved to chandigarh office
and next day he says i am on tour so and so on they are daily making excusess to me and had really tortured me for past 104 days and still not any positive result is there.
also no higher official of that service centre is taking any initiative. i dont know who to contact?

i m really fed up.
Please kindly look into matter.
