Dear,

I have booked the ticket from Makemytrip.com on 22nd of July ,due to some technical error the ticket was failed to confirm, till now I haven’t received my money back, i have launched the several complaints to their customer care department , however i get the information that they have return my money on 3rd of aug ,but it’s not reflecting in my account, i have again called them but they haven’t given me correct information , every time they have asked me the bank statement , i have provided the same but still they didn’t update me on my status of money. Please help me on that.
