I never applied for hsbc credit card neither i hold any banks credit card. But from last 1 yr i am receiving calls from hsbc collection dept. That i have used hsbc credit card. Previously they used to call onces in 2-3 months but now they have started calling on my house land-line # repeatedly & started harassing my parents, my mom is not well she is heart patient if anything happens due to this i will not leave the agent who is calling and harassing my parents. I think this hsbc bank guys do this fraud on our name, because this guys have each & every information of mine even those information which my close friends also don't know about me. In every call i told them i never used any card & further also i will say the same, i will never pay single bug which i have not used. Plz help me to sort out this problem.
