I along with one of my friends have bought a 3 Bedroom flat in Shiv Kala Charma, Greater
Noida. This is my first house and I paid 100% money as the Builder promised the possession in October 2009.
Even today ( I went there in first week of August10) the work is incomplete. The builder has been promising delivery every 3 monthe but the work is not starting. even the Elevators are not fitted.
My hard earned money is invested + I am payinga high EMI to th eBank. Please suggest a way forward.

I am of the initial investor in Shivkala socity and bought a flat in Jan 2006. I was promised completion by Oct 2007 and till now nothing happned. I have paid all amount and am in huge loss. Can we group toghther and go to court and file a fraud case against the builder.

Well .... I appeal to all the community members of Shivkala Charms that it is high time that we stop complaining and take legal action against the builder and seek relief through Consumer court. We definitely need to teach the builder a lesson and need to join hands to become a formidable force.

I have purchased a 4 BR flat at Shivkala. We recently met with the builder but it seems that he is just buying time and has no intentions to complete. I am looking to file a case in consumer court but we need people to get together and file a common case. If anybody else is interested, please let me know and lets get together to get our hard earned money back..

Please resolve the metter As soon As possible

I am also a member of ShivKala Charms society and frustrated by the builder lack of professionalism and continued delays in completing the project. I have a 4 room flat for Wonder towers. It is high time that we all members get together and act in unison against the builder.

To get members together, please join the Facebook page Shivkala Greater Noida. It would be easy to coordinate some joint movement once we have necessary contact of other members.
