Bsnl, bhubaneswar: Deceptive behaviour I took a broadband internet connection from BSNL Bhubaneswar under 1350 UL Home Combo. The scheme was 2.00 Mbps upto 15 GB and 512 Kbps afterwards. I have been getting only 512 Kbps since 1-8-2010. Complaints lodged with telephone no.1500 are being closed without solving the problem. I have already talked with the concerned JTO, SDO, DGM & even GM. Nothing has been done until today, i.e., 6-8-2010. If they can't deliver the speed, they should not promise anything at all.

I would like to share with the viewers here that BSNL, Bhubaneswar authorities have since solved the problem by (i) changing the faulty cable pair; and (ii) by taking up the matter with INB, Bangalore. I appreciate their efforts in solving the problem.
