On 18th February 2007 at around 5:30 in the evening, I went to the Petrol Pump
i.e. Gee Kay Services, Dealer I.B.P. Co. Ltd., Opp. S.D.M. Court, Silampur,
Shahdara, Delhi – 110053, for taking petrol of Rs. 100/- in my Bike. The
quantity of the petrol as shown on the Bill No. 50781 is 2.33 Ltr. The reserved
tank in my Bike is 2.25 Ltr. and I was already having fuel in my Bike. But
after 500-600 meter, my bike went in reserved petrol. I was surprised. Every
time I get petrol of Rs. 100/- and drive about forty (40) Kilo Meters. Then my
Bike got reserved petrol. I turned back to the Petrol Pump i.e. Gee Kay
Services, Dealer I.B.P. Co. Ltd., Opp. S.D.M. Court, Silampur, Shahdara, Delhi –
110053 and asked the person for this problem. Then, some body Mr. Madan Lal,
told me that he is Manager. I asked him for complaint book. He refused me to
give complaint book. Then he told me that he is Supervisor. Nobody on the Petrol
Pump attended me for this problem. They refused to give me
the complaint book. This is the second time I am facing this kind of problem on
the same petrol pump.
I want to know:
1. Do you not keep a complaint book on the Petrol Pump?
2. Why did Mr. Madan Lal tell me at first instance that he is Manager?
3. Does he really Supervisor of the Petrol Pump?
4. Why do the employees of the petrol pump fear in telling their correct
names and designation?
Why you people not make the pipe of fueling machine transparent so that
customer can easily see whether the petrol is really going in the fuel tank or
not.
Now, after sending complaint to the IBP Company, they are not agree
with me.
Yours truly,
Ajay Kumar
