My name is Hari Maya Gurung, I have worked for Kochhar & Co. for 13 months and left in 2nd of April 2009, Before leaving I have filled the PF withdrawal form and submitted for further action to our Delhi office to Ms. Arti Mariyam, Its been almost 15 months I have not received my PF money in my account. Everytime I mail them there is no response, when I call, there is always some or other reason of their internal management. Please help me for the same.

I worked with AVALON Technologies India Pvt Ltd of about 16 months.
I resigned in Feb 2010
Till this date I have not received my final settlement as well as PF amount.
I already submitted the PF withdrawal form to avalon. But they are not proceeded to PF office.
I communicate sevaral times but they are only saying will do the payment in 2/ 3 days.
I dont know how to go about it.
Please suggest.

Ltd. 94-A, Mittal tower Nariman point Mumbai-21 during 2002-2007.I was resigned in octobar-2007.At the time of resignation, we have submittd all form as like as form 10 & 19 with our resignation letter.After 3 month we asked for status of withdrawl but they are not given any response.we are regularly chaseup with concern.but result is zero.we have also written a lettr to mumbai pf office with all details.

Indeed, even i am not sure whether they have submitted my PF deduction or not as the PF number given by the (DL/935493/178) doesn't exist if i try to check status online.
