We have taken the agency of Blaze Flash Couriers Ltd. on 01/12/08 in the name Travel Zone, Lucknow for which we have deposited the security amount of Rs. 20,000/- to Blaze Flash Couriers Ltd. in Lucknow, which is refundable. Now as we have closed our business and office, so we gave the request to cancel the agentship and refund of our security amount in April'2010 in the branch office of Blaze Flash Couriers.

I was told at that time by the branch manager that the amount will be refunded in maximum 20 days but now its been more than 3 months but I've not received the security refund.
Whenever I tried to contact the branch Manager of Blaze Flash in Lucknow whom I gave the request for refund he disconnects the phone and when I visits there he refuses to meet me. A couple of days back when by mistake he received my phone then he said that he cant do anything in this matter and disconnected the phone. I even tried calling the Delhi head office but the people over there also not willing to speak properly and disconnecting the phone.

Request you to pls help me in this matter as I am finding myself helpless and they are not willing to refund the security money.
